Download the SendAm rider app, enter your phone number or email, and follow the sign-up steps. Verify your details to start booking rides and orders.
Go to Account in the SendAm app to update your name, phone number, email, profile photo, and saved places like Home and Work.
Open Account settings in the app and follow the steps to request account deletion, or contact support through the Help centre. We will process your request in line with our privacy policy.

Open the SendAm app, set your pickup and destination, choose a ride type, and confirm. You will see your driver and ETA on the map once matched.
Your fare depends on distance, time, demand, and the ride type you select. You see an estimated price before you confirm — no surprise charges at the end of the trip.
Yes. You can schedule a SendAm ride ahead of time for flights, meetings, or planned trips. Pick your date and time in the app and we will match you with a driver when it is time to go.
Set your pickup or drop-off to the airport in the app and choose your ride type. Allow extra time for traffic on departures; for arrivals, meet your driver at the designated pickup area shown in the app.
