  • SendAm Merchant is our app and platform for restaurants and businesses to receive orders, manage menus, and offer pickup or delivery through SendAm.

  • Registered restaurants, grocery stores, florists, pet stores, and other retail businesses can apply. If you sell products customers want delivered or picked up, you can partner with SendAm.

  • Partnership terms vary by business type and location. Complete sign-up or contact our team for clear pricing and commission details for your store.

Setup and orders

  • Sign up at sendam.com/merchant, complete your partnership agreement, upload your menu and product photos, verify your details, and go live to start receiving orders.

  • Use the SendAm Merchant app or portal to add items, change prices, update photos, and mark items in or out of stock whenever you need to.

  • You receive weekly payouts with a breakdown of orders, fees, and net earnings in the SendAm Merchant app or dashboard.

Growing your business

  • You reach more customers on the SendAm platform, gain sales insights, and can run in-app promotions to grow orders week over week.

  • Yes. You can offer pickup, delivery, or both and manage orders from your phone, tablet, or POS through the merchant app.

  • Use the Help section in the SendAm Merchant app or visit sendam.com/help/merchants. Our partner team assists with onboarding, orders, and account questions.
