Open the SendAm rider app, choose Food delivery, browse restaurants near you, add items to your cart, and checkout. Track your order until it arrives.
Available restaurants depend on your location. Enter your delivery address in the app to see partners delivering to your area.
After you place an order, use the in-app tracker to follow preparation and delivery. You will see updates when your order is picked up and on the way.
SendAm supports mobile money and other payment options shown at checkout in the app. Available methods may vary by location.
If something went wrong with your order, open the order in the app and report an issue, or contact support through Help. We review each case and process eligible refunds accordingly.
Report the issue in the app as soon as possible with details about what went wrong. Our support team will work with you and the restaurant to resolve it.
